Its an offbrand wired xbox 360 controller, but I never had issues with it before. Then I tried my Xbox One controller connected through usb and that doesn't work either. the issue only seems to effect AC1,2,Bro, and Revelations; all the later installments and other games in general work just fine with either one of my controllers.
