It was Toyota Rent-a-Car. The website is kind of confusing and the 86 and GR Yaris are both in the SUV/Specialty class (usually at the bottom of the search). However, it’s much more difficult than that, because in Japan, there is a “GR Yaris RS”, that really isn’t a GR Yaris at all (100 hp engine, CVT), which is much more common at the
Any thoughts on this car for a small family of 3 (with a 3 year old) that won't get any bigger. We use the car quite sparingly (the volvo has 15k km after 2 years). We use the car for shopping runs, trips to the mountains (1-2 hour drive) and the odd long drive (500-600km) once a year. Is it worth considering instead of the Yaris Cross?

The same goes if you compare a Aygo to a Yaris, a 1.0 Yaris is about the same on insurance as the Aygo. 1.3 Yaris slightly more, but shouldn't be a significant figure. It sounds like you're looking at these tiny city cars for insurance, but wouldn't mind something larger.

People in this subreddit need to realize it's not 2015 anymore. You can't get a good quality running car for under 5k. Sell a 5k car for parts for 1500 after 18 months, and that's under $200/month running cost.

First post on this forum and need some advice, Have an old beloved 2000 Toyota Tundra. I bought it from my grandfather before he passed. The accelerator died on me on the highway. The mechanic said it was a throttle body problem. - had the same problem 2 years ago with the throttle sensor and they replaced it.

Matt Watson from Carwow got a taste of the new GR Yaris. Lots of interesting stuff and massive changes to the car. The engineers gave insight of what and why the changes are made. Also it comes in auto now! I find it interesting that there's lots of love coming from Akio Toyoda to this car. But if youre asking about the brands cars overall they're typical Japanese reliability but, built to a lower price point. Louder, harder plastics, less (good) tech and features. More reliable and cheaper than Hyundai but not quite as well finished when comparing similar models. The Yaris is just a plain reliable car. If you need to go from point A to B, the Yaris is fine. However, it's very slow and boring. The Honda Fit, Ford Fiesta, Scion iA, even a Hyundai Accent would be more appealing to me than the Yaris. Toyota Yaris vs Corolla. My real question is I have a 2020 Yaris hatchback. They are now discontinued it has 57k miles on it what would trade value be. I went to my local Toyota dealership for a oil change and they wanted to buy my car from me and put me in something new. They originally offered me 14k for it but I only owe about 15k. Hi, I test drove the mk4 70reg Toyota Yaris with 73K mileage in Inchcape Derby. The registered date is Oct 2020, making it approximately 2.8 years old. The marked selling price is £14,700. This car is a Toyota Approved Used Vehicle, which means it comes with a 1-year Toyota official Warranty. If I service the car with a Toyota-approved There is a lot of emotion in that article and it sounds like a sales piece. It has a higher number of spot welds compared to a yaris (the percentage increase is minimal) It uses structural adhesive (so do many cars). You can get it with LSDs front and rear (STI, EVO have had those for a very long time). I am a grad student so would prefer a car with good gas mileage and that is fuel efficient. I’m hoping to make some trips from Los Angeles to San Francisco (~480 miles) in the future as well. I will be meeting a private seller (FB marketplace) and seeing a 2008 Toyota Yaris S Sedan 4D later today.
Passion project cars like this get tossed at Toyota because the customers who actually buy the cars are truck dudes, soccer moms, and broke college kids. If you want race cars. You have to buy race cars. NEW. Buying used is kinda a slap in the face to the R&D team.
Best thing about Yaris is no major fails. Any Yaris owner no matter the doors can drive by a Hyundai or KIA and know they do not have to deal with a heavy breakdown or being stranded or the car burning up. So love all Yaris types they are getting older though so maintain!
